Instructions
- Read instructions carefully, select "I Agree" and click START.
- Keep your registration form and e-receipt for future reference.
- Do not send hard copies of any documents to NVS office.
- Ensure your personal email and mobile number are active throughout the process. For a similarly structured and secure digital process, you can explore activities like managing your account in mode.
Documents & Details Required
- Educational certificates from 10th onwards with percentage calculation.
- Caste certificate if applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
- Scanned photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm) and signature in JPG/JPEG format, max 80 KB each.
How to Apply
- Step I: Sign-up with personal details. User ID and password will be sent by email.
- Step II: Log in to complete personal, qualification, and eligibility details. Upload photo and signature.
- Step III: Pay application fee online via SBI SB Collect. Keep e-receipt safe.
Note: Application cannot be withdrawn and fees are non-refundable.
Photo & Signature Guidelines
- Photograph: Recent passport-size, light background, not older than 3 weeks.
- Signature: Black ink on white paper, scan only the signature area.
